About Adelina

Adelina is an associate in the Firm's Charleston office. She focuses on professional liability defense, negligent security litigation, and construction litigation.

Adelina graduated from Cornell University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science.  She served as a teaching assistant in the College of Computing and Information Sciences and as the Editor-in-Chief of the school's public policy publication, The Advocate.  Adelina then attended Emory University School of Law, where she was the Executive Special Content Editor of the Emory International Law Review.  While in law school Adelina interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Georgia in Macon, the Georgia Attorney General's Office, and the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council.  Prior to joining Wilkes Atkinson & Joyner, she worked as an Assistant Solicitor for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.

Adelina lives in Charleston with her fiancé, Matt, and their dog, Luna.  Adelina is fluent in Romanian, and proficient in French and Spanish.
