Firm Culture

WAJ fosters a culture where every member is respected.  Our attorneys and staff come here to stay, the bulk of our attorneys and staff have been with the firm or its predecessor firms for more than a decade.  When you come here, our goal is to provide a work and life that makes you stay.  We are small enough that we all know each other and are actively involved in each other's lives, but we are big enough to have an active, engaging, and challenging practice.

The firm supports its members, by encouraging them to seek challenging opportunities for growth and development, through pro bono service, professional development, and community involvement.  At WAJ, we work hard, but we work hard so we can have a great quality of life.  We value families, and families become part of our extended WAJ family.
